If you are refinancing, we specialize in FHA Streamline Loans for existing FHA borrowers. In some cases income may not be verified and no new appraisal is required.
If your current loan is not with FHA, you may consolidate debt up to 85% of the value of your home up to the Conforming Loan Limit.
With an FHA Loan, you can borrow up to the Conforming Loan Limit in your county. In some counties in California, that is as high as $625,500 for 1-unit properties. Higher limits are available for multi unit properties.
